Ms. Ruvneet Bains

Ms. Bains is a pedagogy and assessments expert. She taught at the prestigious Shri Ram Schools, New Delhi. Almost ten years of teaching provided her deep insights into students' intellectual, social and emotional growth and development across the school years.

In a decade-long association with Pearson working on various government projects, she co-wrote the 5 Year Master Plan for the MoE, Royal Kingdom of Bhutan and later headed the national programme for training teachers for Improving School Assessments as Assistant Director at the Centre for Assessment, Evaluation and Research (CAER) – a Pearson research initiative with CBSE. She led the development of Assessment Frameworks for Pearson's Blended Learning products and Online Professional Development Modules for teachers and was responsible for Efficacy & Research activities and thought leadership for India.

Ms. Bains was a founder member of Access-School, India’s first Hybrid Flexible Learning environment for school students; where she led a team of outstanding teachers to design and deliver outcome-focused learning experiences that are accessible, meaningful and fulfilling to diverse learners.

Phani Kumari Bavisetty

Phani is a distinguished queer affirmative psychologist with a career spanning over ten years of extensive practice with beneficiaries from all walks of life. She holds a doctorate in Psychology from Gitam University and additionally, is a certified hypnotist accredited by The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK). A life coach with a major crux of work focused on child counselling and psychological support offered to students, Phani has currently been working at Apollo Life, Hyderabad, in a psychologist and wellness trainer’s capacity.

Her work consists of offering psychological support and intervention to children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families on a variety of psychological well-being issues ranging from academic excellence, career planning, and relationship management to issues addressing self-esteem, depression, suicidal ideations, etc. Her integrated therapeutic approach uses a mix of techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to Positive Psychology, which has enabled her to work across reputed institutes like Cura-Link Healthcare based in California and Miracle Foundation, based in Chennai. Sensitizing parents, educators and children to the challenges faced by the growing use of Digital Media is something she diligently works towards, in a personal capacity. Thus, her contributions at Safety Troop add purpose to her mission, since advocating for cyber-safety is a crucial part of the company's mission.

Ritu Gulati Saggar

Ms Ritu Gulati Saggar is an exceptionally endowed educationist with nearly three decades of experience. She has notable qualifications in various areas of psychological work, like Applied Psychology, Child Psychology, Educational Psychology, as well as History. Having been exposed to adolescents as a Humanities educator over the years, she is well acquainted with the apprehensions and anxieties faced by children in their growing years. Exposure to various national and international syllabi and curricula – with teaching stints in schools all over India and abroad – has added to her understanding of students from different cultures and backgrounds. Progressing in her growth as an educator, she works as a Cyber Psychology Matter Expert and Speaker, conducting online sessions on the subject with ISAC (Information Sharing and Analysis Center) – an organization working against cyber-crimes in collaboration with the Government of India’s NSD (National security Data Base). She is a certified first respondent CCIO (Cyber Crime Intervention Officer).

In keeping with the vastness of her undertakings, she also takes online Personality Development and Confidence Enhancement and Communication Development sessions for students in Australia, the USA, and India. She has previously undertaken content development for books on American History as an academic writer for the Florida Curriculum of the United States.

Married to a serving IAF (Indian Air Force) officer, she has had the unique experience of being exposed to India’s rich heritage across the vast expanse of the country, whilst also being exposed to the cultures of a few foreign nations. Along with her work as an educationist, and Cyberpsychology speaker, she is intimately involved in the welfare activities for women in the Air Force at the station level.

Noreen Choudhri

Ms Noreen Choudhri is a clinical psychologist licensed by the Rehabilitation Council of India, with over 9 years of specialization in the field. A gold medalist with an M.Phil in clinical psychology, Ms Noreen is devoted to the treatment and rehabilitation of people who are under stress caused by underlying psychological issues. She has worked with children with autism, employers and companies with improving efficacy, and families with troubled relationships, with the aim to leave improved lives in her wake. Her wide experience has enabled her to be an invaluable part of organisations like Infosys, SNM Autism Research Institute in Jaipur, as well as various departments of psychiatry across government and private sectors including, but not limited, to her work as a Clinical Psychologist for the National Mental Health Programme in Rajasthan. Her work is primarily premised on providing every patient’s psychotherapeutic needs and assessments that seek to root out the causes of issues that are at the crux of their suffering.

A respected member of the Society for the Psychology of Women (Division 35 of the American Psychological Association), Ms Noreen holds a strong track record in areas that directly tie back to working with women on the spectrum, divorce and parenting issues, gender identity concerns, etc. Her approach to treatment lays a strong emphasis on cognitive-behavioural theory (CBT) based practices and Mindfulness-Based techniques that aim to reduce the intensity & frequency of a client’s emotional suffering and helps them cultivate skills that bring down self-defeating behaviours and improve life satisfaction.

Dr. Arpita Kasbekar

Dr. Arpita Kasbekar is a dedicated pediatrician with 10 plus years of expertise in the field of Pediatrics, child development and wellness. She has been associated with leading hospitals in Mumbai, the most eminent being Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital where she was a clinical assistant for a significant period of time. She is currently practicing as a Consultant Pediatrician and Neonatologist at Quest Clinic in Mumbai.

She has vast experience in treating children right from birth to adolescence. Her qualifications include having completed MBBS, DNB in Pediatrics, which paved the way for her to delve into service, heart and soul.

Almost fifteen years into service has enabled Dr. Arpita to pledge to give the best possible pediatric preventative healthcare and encourage sustainable practices for children’s general wellness. She is kind and compassionate, determined to provide outstanding service and care, and empathetic to parent’s concerns. Her demeanor and practices have always ensured to aim for the overall well being of children.

Dr. Harmeen Dhillon

Dr. Harmeen is an assistant professor at Sri Arovanch College in Rajasthan, with a doctorate in psychology. She specialized in Clinical psychopathology and Clinical Diagnostics focused from Punjab University. She exercises an expert authority on psychometric assessments and in using cognitive behavioural therapy with her clients. From being a mother to a wonderful son, to being a wife, a professor and a Counselling Psychologist, she wears many hats and believes in every individual’s capacity for spiritual awakening. She currently takes consultations from all across India.

"Becoming is better than being" is the motto she staunchly believes in. Her calling in life is to connect to as many people as she can through her work and comfort people who are transitioning from a difficult phase in their lives to a more easier one. She works with them to fructify their potential so that they are able to live a complete and fulfilling life.

Adv. Sanchita Ain

Sanchita Ain an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. With an experience of almost a decade in the field of law, she has handled complex matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and other forums in the country. These include landmark constitutional law cases like linking of PAN with Aadhaar, triple talaq, affirmative action, rights of minority institutions, land acquisition cases, 2G spectrum case, and matters relating to civil, corporate, competition, service, and family laws. She has played a key role in some of the custody matters, so much so that the judges appreciate her sensitivity in matters involving children. She has worked in the area of juvenile justice and supports orphans and street children living in children’s homes to claim their legal rights against other family members. Sanchita holds the prestigious LLM degree in International Human Rights Law with distinction from the University of Essex. While at Essex, she worked on a project for the Essex Human Rights Clinic and the Open Society Justice Initiative. She was also an I Can Lead Fellow, India’s first national leadership programme for women with disabilities.

Adv. Nimmy Karanath

Advocate Nimmy Karanath is a renowned name in handling POCSO** cases and concerns of children during legal battles. Her regard for children and their well being led her to pursue a Masters in Psychology, Child Mental Health [MACMH] from Kuvempu University after her law degrees.

She has facilitated counselling sessions for children as part of her legal cases and is a strong supporter of the need for child safety education. She completed her LL.M from Govt. Law College, Kozhikode, Calicut University, Kerala and LL.B. from Govt. Law College, Ernakulam, M.G University, Kerala.
